Running Since:  I learned to walk (~1977?).

Racing Since: 1996 (Frederick County Fair 5K).  To date, the most painful run I’ve ever done….

Stats:  Married 13 years to the world’s most patient man, Mom of three wild, adventurous, never-stopping, seldom-sleeping little girls (8, 7, & 5 years old).  Primary care-taker of a neurotic yellow lab  (Daisy) and The World’s Most Expensive “Free” Dog Ever (Nalla).

When I’m not running I’m:  Cleaning the house.  By avoiding the mess, I have logged a lot of miles this year…
